Each race is reported on three separate dimensions: its fixed time limit, its rolling course sweep, and whether it says anything about walkers. They are never combined into one score, because a race can be workable on one and not the other, and because "we don't know" is a different answer from "no".
Races we cannot score appear in their own group with the specific missing fact named. That group is not a failure of the race — it is a gap in what has been published or in what we have verified so far.
